This naturally processed light roast from the Sidama highlands offers a delicate and refined cup with notes of jasmine, floral aromatics, and rose. Its tea-like mouthfeel and clean finish make it a standout for pour over or drip brew methods. While vibrant and bright on its own as an espresso, it also blends beautifully 50/50 with our Bolivian coffee—balancing its lively acidity with a round sweetness and viscous mouthfeel.
